Experienced referee Mike Dean has
been sanctioned from officiating any game again in the English Premier
League for the next few weeks after lots of criticism filled against him
which was enough of bringing the League to disrepute.

involved in many controversial decision in the Premier League, and the
48 year old has now been demoted to the championship which is the second
cadre in the English football.

Dean came under heavy scrutiny in
December 2016 with his decision to send off Sofiane Feghouli during
West Ham’s clash with Manchester United, and his reticence to dismiss
Ross Barkley during the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park.
Leeds
United will take on Barnsley in a Yorkshire derby on Saturday, January
21, 2017, in a championship game and Dean will be in charge.
