The Nigerian Army on Thursday said that it has set up a Board of Inquiry to investigate the brutalisation of a woman in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State. On Saturday, January 28, a boy, 16, has been arrested and charged to court for allegedly stabbing his 17-year-old friend, Mpho Theon Musi, in South Africa.
